SWOT

Napier Intermediate has a 'students with outstanding talents' programme (SWOT) run every Wednesday.
Students are either identified by their classroom teacher and/or technology teachers as having a specific talent or students for some SWOT options students are able to volunteer.

Each term the programme changes, with some groups continuing.

The students are responsible for getting themselves to their classes on time. The students are able to interact with different students from other houses and extend their talents and interests.
